2022 WWBC Bike Touring Presentation

Vintage Bike Tour taken 50 years ago!

Fifty years ago this summer, three guys cycled from New York to Alaska.   Join John Langbein  via Zoom as he shows slides and reminisces about that 2-month tour. Their route cross country bounced between the northern US and Canada, before turning north in British Columbia and westward to Prince Rupert on BC’s coast. There they took the AK ferry to Haines AK and followed the Alaska Highway to Anchorage.

So come along for the ride, and join us for his presentation on Friday, May 6 at 7:30 pm on Zoom.  The event is free to Western Wheelers and their friends, but please register for the Zoom link.  Due to program limitations, participation will be limited to the first 100 people who register (but each household only needs to register once).
