The 2024 Sequoia consists of four paved routes to choose from: 100 mile Century, 72 mile Challenge, 62 mile Metric Century, and 38 mile Fun Ride (new this year). All routes travel through the San Francisco Bay Area’s “Challengingly Beautiful” coastal mountains, foothills, forests and local communities. Join us for this epic cycling adventure!

100 Mile Route The Sequoia Century course features an impressive 9,175 feet of elevation gain on quiet back roads through the coastside towns of Loma Mar, Pescadero and San Gregorio, as well as Woodside and Portola Valley. This loop course passes through oak and redwood forests, past ridgetop meadows, beside vast agricultural fields, and along the scenic Pacific Ocean.

72 Mile Route
The Sequoia Challenge course has 8,048 feet of climbing on quiet back roads through Loma Mar, Pescadero, San Gregorio, Woodside and Portola Valley. This loop out to the coast and back passes along ridgetop vistas, redwood forests, quiet backroads and scenic Pacific seascapes.

62 Mile (100K) Route The Sequoia Metric Century course has 6,326 feet of elevation gain out to the coast and back. The early climb up Page Mill Road to Skyline Boulevard descends through stately redwoods and rolling hills out to the coast. Then climb 7.4 miles and 2000 ft. on Tunitas Creek Road to a well-deserved rest at the top of Kings Mountain Road. Smooth sailing back through Portola Valley to the finish.
38 Mile Route The Sequoia Fun course will take riders “out and back” through breathtaking landscapes and will test their endurance. Riders should be prepared to conquer 2,485 feet of elevation gain through rolling hills, stately redwoods, and along scenic peninsula routes. This course is a great starter ride for those who crave a challenge and seek to push their boundaries. Experience the beautiful landscape while enjoying the camaraderie and support of fellow cycling enthusiasts.
