Ride Credit for Non-WW Organized Rides

A number of members have asked whether club members can get ride credit in club statistics for rides organized by other clubs or groups, such as centuries or fundraisers. The club policy for such rides is that they are eligible for ride credit if:

• They are listed as scheduled rides on the club online ride schedule.
• The ride listing contains an appropriate amount of information regarding registration, lodging, etc., and is published early enough to enable a WW member to participate.
• A WW member acts as ride leader, using a regular sign-in sheet, and members sign-in in person (not by emailing/phoning/texting the ride leader).
