The 2015 Sequoia Century will take place on Sunday, May 31, 2015. Sponsored by Western Wheelers Bicycle Club, the ride will feature four routes, all scenic and challenging. Three of the routes will start from Foothill College in Los Altos Hills, CA and climb Redwood Gulch to Skyline Blvd before descending to the coast. A fourth route, new this year, will start at Pescadero High School and follow much of the coast-side route, eliminating the climbs to Skyline. All riders will be welcome to return to Foothill College after the ride for a hot meal.

The 55-mile Coastal route starts in Pescadero, climbs over "Haskins Hill" to La Honda, continues to San Gregorio, loops through Lobitos to Half Moon Bay, and returns to Pescadero. Total climb is about 4000 feet.

The 70-mile route starts in Los Altos Hills, climbs Redwood Gulch and Big Basin Way to Saratoga Gap, goes north on Skyline, descends Alpine Road to La Honda, continues to San Gregorio, climbs Tunitas Creek Road, descends Kings Mountain to Woodside, and returns to Los Altos Hills. Total climb is about 6700 feet.

The 100-mile route follows the 70-mile route, and adds a loop to Pescadero and Pigeon Point. Total climb is about 8500 feet.

The 120-mile route follows the 100-mile route, and adds a loop to Half Moon Bay. Total climb is about 10,000 feet.

Ride start times are:

55-mile Coastal Route	9:00-10:00 a.m.
70-mile Route	7:30-9:00 a.m.
100-mile Route	6:00-8:00 a.m.
120-mile Route	6:00-7:00 a.m.

The registration fee includes a hot meal at the end of the ride. The meal will be available from 12:30-6:30 p.m. The fee also includes parking at Foothill College. The fee will be $65 for those registering by May 9 and $80 for those registering between May 10 and May 31. The ride is limited to 1200 participants.

Registrations may be paid online by PayPal, Visa or MasterCard or by check. Registrations are not refundable, but may be transferred. The ride will not be cancelled due to bad weather.

On-line registration will close on May 28. If space is available, there will be in-person registration at The Bicycle Outfitter on May 30 between noon and four and at the ride start on May 31.

You may order a 2015 Sequoia Tee Shirt until May 14 for $17.

A new model Sequoia jersey is available in both men's and women's sizes. The price is $68 including tax but not shipment. You can order a jersey for pick-up at check-in at 2015 Sequoia Jersey
