Look like it’ll be a nice day Saturday. For those of us not going to the Placerville LDT, meet Michael Khaw (see WW Member Directory for contact info) at Burgess Park (facing Alma St) in Menlo Park at 9:45 am for 10 am start. We’ll take some less-traveled paths through Menlo Park to Sand Hill, Cañada Rd to the Ralston Bike Path, thru Laurelwood Park in San Mateo over to the Ralston Bike Path and the Bay Trail into some back roads of Redwood City to Capelo’s BBQ (preview menu) at mile 29.6. The 5.7 miles after lunch are flat, on low-traffic streets through Redwood City and Atherton. Rain, high winds or AQI above high 80s cancels.
