After breakfast we bike back to 4th and Townsend SF (1.6mi) and take Caltrain to San Mateo. 
From  Caltrain San Mateo we ride to Baylands Seal Point restrooms (1.5 mi).

We follow Bay Trail along the SF Bay to Belmont (8.3 mi) where we will stop for lunch.
