Enjoy this scenic route along the Calaveras Reservoir to Pleasanton, with eagles and maybe some other exciting wildlife. B route has a separate start at Ed Levin County Park (NOTE $6.00 parking fee at B start!). C/D/E riders start at Cataldi Park in San Jose. B/C riders climb directly to Calaveras Road (steeper C+ option available via Old Calaveras – see route sheet). D/E riders climb spectacular Sierra Road then descend Felter Road to Calaveras. E riders tackle the Welch Road climb. All groups have lunch in Pleasanton (The Habit/Bagel Street Café/Jamba Juice) before returning via Calaveras Road. Carry plenty of water! Rain cancels.   B RIDERS: Meet at Ed Levin County Park (3100 Calaveras Road, Milpitas). Directions: Hwy 237 east, continue on Calaveras Road to park. NOTE: $6.00 parking fee at Ed Levin Park.

  C/D/E RIDERS: Meet at NE corner of Cataldi Park (2979 Cataldi Drive, San Jose, CA). Directions: Hwy 237 east, I-880 south, Montague Expressway east, right on Morrill Ave., right on Cataldi Dr.
