Meet Michael Khaw (see WW Member Directory for contact info) at Almaden Lake Park (restrooms in parking lot facing Winfield Blvd) at 10 am for 10:15 rollout. We’ll head east to climb the infamous Metcalf Rd, then traverse remote San Felipe Rd. to our 3rd summit on Hassler Pkwy. Then we’ll follow the Coyote Creek trail past the Hellyer Velodrome. We’ll buy lunch at The Famous Khmer-Lao Restaurant at mile 32.3 to eat at next-door W. Evergreen Park. Then it’s a mostly-flat 8.8 miles back to Almaden Lake Park. Ride co-listed with ACTC. Rain or extreme heat cancels.
