Remembering our first Seascape ride and most memorable WW LDT circa February 27, 1999. Join Jim and Lisa as we celebrate the 25th anniversary of meeting on this beautiful ride. With slight modifications from the LDT C route, we'll make our way to the Watsonville Hangar for lunch. Though we will miss out on the pie at Gizdich Ranch (the deli is closed during renovations), we will have some sweet treats to end the ride. Meet at 9:45 for 10:00 am departure. Rain cancels - notification of cancellation, if necessary, will be sent to wwbc-rides Wednesday late afternoon.
MEETING LOCATION: Meet at corner of Sumner Ave and Via Soderini (216 Via Soderini, Aptos). Take Highway 17 to Highway 1 South. Follow Highway 1 South about 10 miles. Exit right on San Andreas Rd.; turn right at Seascape Blvd.; turn left on Sumner Ave to Via Soderini. Park curbside along Sumner Avenue on either side of street. Restrooms and water available at park across railroad tracks.
