LDT SUNDAY RIDE: PLACERVILLE/APPLE HILL LOOP

Enjoy a fun loop through the apple country northeast of Placerville. Ride past orchards, vineyards, and Christmas tree farms during the quiet off season. C and D groups add extra side loops on this fairly hilly but short ride. It’s all downhill after lunch at Boa Vista Orchards on Carson Road. Rain cancels. Online route sheets/maps/gps. MEETING LOCATION: Meet in Placerville at the El Dorado Trail Bike Path parking area. From US 50 exit at Broadway, R on Broadway, R on Mosquito, Park in lot on left after underpass. Restrooms available.
