LDT RIDE: MOUNTAIN CHARLIE B/4(3100’)/35; C/4(4700’)/45; D/4(5400’)/59; E/4(7000’)/74

  • Scotts Valley, CA

UPDATE 4/7/23Unfortunately, Highland Way is now officially a full closure near the Soquel Demonstration Forest. This means our normal D and E route loops to Eureka Canyon are blocked. For this year we'll use a D/E route that does an out-n-back to the road closure, then follows the C route down to lunch in Soquel (Revised D/E route = 54 miles/5400 feet). The B and C routes appear to be fully open at this time.

Online GPS/route sheet links have been corrected with the current information: Online route sheets/maps/gps.

All riders will need to keep aware and be prepared in case of delays/detours, particularly for the D/E routes extending east on Highland Way.
