Climbing Kings Mountain, then down-and-ups to the gates on Native Sons, Star Hill and Bear Gulch West. It's shady, except for the bottom of Bear Gulch. Return by Skywood, the neighborhood at Four Corners, Hwy 84 and the Portola Valley loop.

Always be prepared for variable weather on Skyline. Foul weather in the hills keeps the ride in the valley. This is a social-paced D ride with regroups; faster riders are welcome to form a D+/E group. Rain cancels.
