2019 Bicycling Photo Contest

2019 PHOTO CONTEST

Our popular annual photo contest is open. 

We encourage budding photographers to take photos throughout the year 

& submit them.

The submission window is now open.  

Photos are due by Tuesday, Dec. 3 at 11 pm

• Must be taken between Nov 30, 2018 and Dec. 3, 2019
  
• Must be related to biking
  
• Limit of 2 photos per contestant
  
• Taken and submitted by a Western Wheelers member
• Include a 1-line caption with each photo
• No professionals
  
• Maximum of one prize per contestant
  
• Club members will have one vote for their favorite photograph at the Holiday Party. Three winners will be chosen
  
• Committee favorites may also be chosen
  
• Photos anonymous for the vote
  
• Submissions may be published in The Flat Tyre, newspapers, and websites
  
• Submit between Nov. 1 and Dec. 3, 2019 by email 
  

Photos will be printed and displayed at the Holiday Party. Although the committee will crop to 8" x 10" as needed, the submitter should crop his/her own photo. Include full name. All email submissions will be acknowledged.  If you haven't heard from us in 24 hours, please resubmit your work.

The winners will be announced at the Holiday Party, December 8.  All submissions will be posted on the web soon afterwards.
