Megan is not only an advocate for cycling, but someone who utilizes bicycles as a vehicle for advocacy and empowerment. As a mechanic, she has taught bike maintenance classes as a tool for physical and social mobility. She has biked from Virginia to Oregon to raise money and awareness for the affordable housing cause, and most recently, from Deadhorse, Alaska to Key West, Florida to raise awareness for the dangers of distracted driving.
