**IMPROMPTU* C+/2.5/18 MOUNTAIN BIKE RIDE-POGONIP, WILDER RANCH AND UCSC CAMPUS

C+/2.5/18 MOUNTAIN BIKE RIDE - POGONIP, WILDER RANCH AND UCSC CAMPUS. Get an early start on Saturday by riding with Edwin (icanride76 at gmail dot com) and Tim in Santa Cruz!  We will navigate the maze of unmarked trails within dense forests, starting with Emma McCrary Trail.  Know that these are hugely popular MTB and Hiking trails in the Bay Area.  Meet at the Santa Cruz Street Maintenance building on Golf Course Drive in Santa Cruz (https://goo.gl/maps/EFtqpoMGBJT2) at 8:00 AM for a prompt 8:15 AM start.  There are no route sheets; a capable guide will lead us on the best trails in the parks.  We will regroup regularly through-out the ride. Please bring lots of water and enough food.  We strongly recommend you use a capable mountain bike. Rain cancels.
