C/2/40 Pescadero Runaround

Loma Mar or bust!  Though we won't be spending time at the quaint Loma Mar store on June 4th, we can still enjoy the beauty of the region and pay the store a visit.  Join Lisa & Jim Burque  for a beautiful ride around the coast to the Loma Mar store, where we will have lunch in the bucolic setting (bring or buy but we strongly recommend the buy option as the food is delicious). 

We will start in downtown Pescadero and head south to Gazos Creek and do a couple of out-and-backs on our way to Hwy 1.  Gary Virshup will lead a slightly longer, faster ride, adding an out and back through Butano. After a brief stop at the Pigeon Point Lighthouse, we will make our way up Pescadero Rd to the Loma Mar store.  After lunch, we will have a  quick jaunt back to town.  Before returning to our cars, those who wish can stop at Puente to learn more about the nonprofit organization that Western Wheelers has been supporting over the past few years.  Anyone who is moved by their cause and wants to make a charitable donation will have the opportunity to hand deliver their check.

Meet at the intersection of Pescadero and Stage Rd at 9:30 for a 9:45am start. Please  do not park at the Loma Mar store.  Parking can be found at the corner of Pescadero and Stage Rds, along Pescadero Rd or at the far ends of Stage Rd.  Please do not block the main businesses along Stage Rd in Pescadero.  Contact info: burquejl@gmail.com or 650-823-6800
