You heard that right, this will be the 20th year of members submitting their fantastic photos. What a wonderful resource the club provides, to display 20 years of member photos. For all you creative people out there, how about trying to incorporate "20" into your photo? That would be fun to see.

The event will be online, once again. We'll have the photos on the web for all to view. Online voting & prizes will add to the festivities. Some pictures will be printed & displayed at the Holiday Party. This is a great opportunity for the club to see your amazing photos. Take the time now to go through your pictures from the year to choose your two favorites.

Send photos (be sure to read the rules below) to: vpelton@vertical-edge.com . Include the photos as an attachment to your email (not in the cloud). I will respond to every submission within 24 hours. If I don't respond in that time, re-submit. Near the end of the month, you will also have the opportunity to make sure your photos are on the website (details later). Submissions due by 24 Nov 2025 (at 11 pm).

The Rules

• Must be taken between 1 Dec 2024 and 24 Nov 2025
• Must be related to biking in some way
• Limit of 2 photos per contestant
• Include your FULL name
• Include a caption (80 characters max) with each photo
• Taken and submitted by a Western Wheeler's member
• No professionals
• Each contestant may win only 1 prize
• Submissions must allow publication in The Flat Tyre, newspapers, websites

Photo Contest Schedule

• Submission Period: Nov 1 - Nov 24
• Member Review Period: Nov 25 - 26 (double-check that your photos are posted!)
• Voting Period: Nov 27 - Dec 1. Vote for up to 3 of your favorites!
• Winners Announced: December 7 at WWBC Holiday Party
