B/1/31 Ravenswood Preserve Grand Opening

The new/last Bay Trail section at the Ravenswood Preserve just south of the Facebook campus opens on Friday, August 7th.  There is a “Virtual Opening Ceremony” at 11 am and the new section opens at noon, so we'll ride over at that time, ride across the new .6 mile section then go to a great taco place right nearby for lunch.  Ride Leader: Randall Braun (randall@routearrows.com)  Meet at 9:30 for a 9:45 am start.  Location:The La Avenida / Stevens Creek Trailhead, which usually has enough street parking (no restroom, but does have a water fountain)  Route: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/33659367

There is risk in all gatherings, since people without symptoms can transmit COVID-19. Participation in club rides is voluntary.  Members assume the full and complete risk that is associated with exposure to and infection by COVID-19 during such participation.  Please note that in the event Western Wheelers is asked by the department of public health for a list of riders participating in any club ride for purposes of Covid-19 exposure tracing, Western Wheelers will comply with such requests.
