Join Kat Leftheris for a 60 minute virtual ride to start your day. Everyone stays together on this no-drop ride. You'll be able to draft and move around in the group without fear of being dropped unless you stop pedaling.
This will be a relatively flat recovery ride (through Cental Park, NYC). You are welcome to go at a moderate Power zone 2/3 or a hard zone 4/5. This is a recovery ride for me so I will be keeping at a steady zone 2-3 pace. However, you can go as Hard as you like. For those who measure your functional threshhold power, (FTP), this will be between 1.5-3.5 kW/kg.
