B/3 (3000')/42 LONGER AND HARDER PENINSULA LOOP

Meet Mark Mack (mamack@comcast.net, 925-207-4993) at 10:00 AM for a 10:15 start. A repeat of similar rides I have led starting from the Oracle parking lot, but this version is a bit longer and harder so we can stay in shape for next week's LDT ride. As usual, the route to includes quiet roads through Belmont, San Mateo, Hillsborough, and Burlingame. This route takes us further north to include San Bruno and Millbrae. Along the way we'll climb up to the College of San Mateo as well as up Black Mountain Road to Skyline. As always, a route with lots of turns, but we'll stick together and have frequent regroups so we don't leave anyone behind. Lunch at Taqueria Mi Durango in San Bruno, or other location based on popular demand. Meeting location is in Redwood Shores at the parking lot on the west side of Oracle headquarters. Take 101 to the Ralston/Marine Parkway exit and go east - toward the big green Oracle buildings. Turn left on Oracle Parkway (stoplight before you get to the buildings) and turn left at the first intersection (stop sign) into the parking lot.
