Bicycle Law Presentation

Come hear Gary Brustin, aka “The Bicycle Lawyer,” give a presentation on bicycle law in a special WWBC event in the community room at Sports Basement Redwood City.
Gary has been an avid cyclist for 45 years. After earning his law degree at Hastings College, he practiced personal injury law for many years before narrowing his focus to cycling-related cases. In addition to handling more than 1,000 bicycle cases, he has co-sponsored numerous events and teams, serves on the SVBC Board of Directors, and has served on the board of the California Bicycle Coalition and the League of American Bicyclists.
Among the topics Gary will cover are avoiding common accident patterns, California bicycle law and advocacy, e-bikes and electric scooter laws, and what to do after an accident. You can learn more about Gary and his work at bicyclelawyer.com.
