Volunteers, we need you!

1. Review the volunteer activities from the list below.  The descriptions will change as the captains review and modify the needs.

2. Register by clicking on the [Register] button in the left column.

3. The confirmation letter of your volunteer registration will contain information about your volunteer gift .  To register for more than one activity, simply click [Register] again, then [New Registration].

Sequoia Fiesta Friday & Saturday, June 7-8

Pick up food/beverages (Pescadero): Friday Jun 7. Pick up food at Pescadero and drop snacks at Bike Hut: Friday June 7th morning (4 hours). Pick up fiesta beverages and snacks at Pescadero Arcangeli store. Drop off snacks and supplies at Bike Hut for cyclists doing the long route the next day.  (1 volunteer needed)

Breakfast stop: Sat Jun 8 *morning*. Get breakfast and coffee, setup breakfast station for riders, take down breakfast station. (2 volunteers needed /2-3 hours)

Fiesta Entertainment Chair: Sat Jun 8. Set up games for the picnic (Facilities such as volleyball, horse shoes, bean bags are available near the picnic area). (1 volunteers needed /4 hours)

Fiesta setup and take-down: Sat Jun 8. Get picnic supplies from the storage (table cloths, flags, ice chest), buy ice/water, set up picnic area before lunch, take down picnic area after lunch. (3 volunteers needed /6 hours)

Ride leaders: Sat Jun 8. (4 volunteers needed)
