C+/2/45 The Local Outta' Shape ride 

Are you feeling Out of Shape (I hope not) or just unable to make the long drive this weekend for the LDT? Then stay local and join Frank Houghton (fphoughton@yahoo.com) and Mike Grobler for a northbound C+ "Outta' Shape" ride (C- and/or D, welcome to form). Our saddle time is still suffering from the rain, smoke, early sunsets and every other excuse we can make, so we chose a pretty flat route to get the wheels moving. [Frankly, we borrowed (and adjusted) the route from Rao, who we believe borrowed it from Bob - but who's keeping track]. 

This one has hills, flats, views and water (with several lunch stop options).

It's a good time of the year to ride north and we are planning to be social along the way, so meet us at the Pioneer Inn in Woodside at 10:15AM for a 10:30AM wheels roll time. Feel free to meet us en-route, if that works better for you!
