B/1/38 Loop around Burgess Park. On this ride we will never get more than 7 miles away from Burgess Park. The route will go through Menlo Park, Atherton, and the Stanford campus on our way over to Los Altos for lunch. The route will focus on quiet residential streets, including the hilly loops in Atherton we ride on the first LDT route. After lunch we'll complete the loop back to the start by going through Los Altos, Mountain View, and Palo Alto. Meet Mark Mack (mamack@comcast.net or 925-207-4993) at 10 am at Burgess Park in Menlo Park. As usual we'll meet in the parking lot at the corner of Alma and Burgess. We'll get moving around 10:15. The forecast says the rain will hold off until later in the afternoon, but the ride will take place regardless of the weather.
