B+,C/4.8(3000')/25 A ROCKY START.  Join Anne Paulson (Anne.Paulson@gmail.com) at 9:00 AM at McKenzie Park, Fremont Avenue, Los Altos for the first of a series of rides up to The Rocks, also known as Black Mountain, at the top of Montebello Road. This one is the easy one: ride up Montebello Road to the top, then back the same way. The top part of Montebello Road is dirt. Road bikes are OK if you don't mind some gravel.  Warm clothes recommended for descent. Bring a snack for the top if you want.
