B/2/26 BOTH SIDES OF FOOTHILL

Note from Ride Leader:  Unfortunately the Ride to Sanborn Youth Hostel, must be changed because Sanborn Road has been closed for repairs. We will replace it with an approximately equivalent ride (except the replacement lacks Sanborn Road's steep hills) beginning from the same place at the same time. Here is the new ride description:

B/2/26  BOTH SIDES OF FOOTHILL   Meet Howard Shafer (408-712-4573 or jhshafer@sbcglobal.net) and Jacquette Ward at the parking lot on the south side (the side with the orchard) of the Sunnyvale Community Center in, surprise, Sunnyvale at 10:00 am for a 10:15 am departure. We’ll wander through moderate hills on the west side of Foothill Expressway at a B pace and then wander through flat streets on the east side of Foothill Expressway at a similar pace. Bring lunch or buy.
