Meet Howard Shafer (408-712-4573 or jhshafer@sbcglobal.net) and Jacquette Ward at the parking lot on the south side (the side with the orchard) of the Sunnyvale Community Center in, surprise, Sunnyvale at 9:30 am for a 9:45 am departure. We’ll wander through moderate hills on the west side of Foothill Expressway at a B pace and then wander through flat streets on the east side of Foothill Expressway at a similar pace. Bring lunch or buy. Nuclear war, locust plagues, or similar inflictions will cancel the ride.
