**CANCELLED* B+C-/4+!/26 SEQUOIA 2017-TASTY TEASER Shorter Ride!

This ride is cancelled due to expected rain on Sunday.

Meet Randall Braun (rgbraun@earthlink.net or 415-265-4663) at 9:45 am for a 10 am start at Foothill College Parking Lot 3, under the solar panels (please note there’s a $3 parking fee to park on campus). We will exit campus and climb Moody Rd, descend Page Mill to Arastradero to Alpine, West Ridge and up and over to Portola Rd.  There will be a brief stop to see the new Rest Stop site at The Sequoias on Willowbrook. Depending on rider's preference, we will either follow Alpine up to the challenging Joaquin Rd, then back down via Los Trancos, or skip that fun climb (= 21.8mi/2225ft) and return to Foothill via Alpine, Arastradero, Page Mill and Altamont. The 26 mile/3100 ft route is the Reader’s Digest version of the 44 mile/5500ft route below! Rainy conditions or very wet roads cancels.
