Howard Shafer and Jacquette Ward (408-712-4753 /jhshafer@sbcglobal.net) will meet riders at the Sunnyvale Community Center at the early hour of 9:30 am (first day of daylight savings time) for a 9:45 am departure (to get to lunch a little earlier) to try again to do this ride cancelled in January when Howard got sick. We’ll visit quiet San Jose neighborhoods on a flat ride south to Lake Almaden. Then we’ll turn west and climb Kennedy Road (the biggest hill of the ride) into Los Gatos where we’ll eat lunch. Afterward we’ll see some fancy neighborhoods on our way back to the start. Rain will cancel ride.
